Comparison on Website Design Companies

BEWARE of the Small Print…

Before proving why Centennial Arts is a more cost-effective and smart choice to get a website for your company, it is important to explain why you don’t want pre-designed templates or having to self-maintain your site.

Pre-designed templates are less professional, less attractive, and harder to customize and personalize for your needs. These templates are very basic and limited.

You get what you pay for, and if it’s cheap or free, you’re not going to get exactly what you want.

Additionally, if you pay for a company’s services that “allow CMS” (which is basically a glorified Word document with all text, bullet points, and pasted images), beware that many will ONLY use a more customized design on the home page to make it look really nice….then all your pages after that will be the CMS format: simple, boring, and unprofessional. You want to avoid this at all costs.

This issue is revealed in several of the website examples we saw earlier in the article. The home page looked pretty good (if at all) and then the pages after that looked like a bunch of paragraphs and bullet points.

Lastly, if you have to maintain and manage your own website after it’s published online, this can take up a lot of time that you probably don’t have. Having deal with keeping your website updated and maintained (on top of managing your social media pages, running your business, dealing with customers, taking care of your employees, and many others) is very time consuming and not something you want to be doing with your limited spare time.

Not only does this take up a lot of time, you are also taking the risk of running into complicated technical errors (and having to figure out how to fix it), forgetting to update something, messing up the layout without realizing it, and much more.

Save yourself and refrain from buying a website domain or design from companies that make you do these things.

Finally, here’s why Centennial Arts is a smart and cost-effective choice when choosing a website design company.
